Michelle was a co-editor for his short-film A Solid House, which examines illusion in the realms of image-making, society, ideology, and at the very core of the self. In meticulously constructed computer animation along with 16mm and digital video footage, the film takes place in a dark, airless apartment following the restless activities of a not-quite-human protagonist. The film was comissioned and screened at. the Aspen Art Museum.
